How to make a Quick Collect® payment
* Please note that for international orders "Quick Collect" is known as "Quick Pay".
Step 1
Contact us with your order and mention that you want to use Quick Collect® as your payment option.
Step 2
Our sales representative will give you a "total amount due" this amount does not include the fee Western Union charges for the transfer.
Step 3
Go to the nearest Western Union Agent. Call the Western Union Agent Locator (1-800-325-6000) or visit www.payment-solutions.com/agent.asp to find your nearest agent. Complete the BLUE "Quick Collect Form" with the following information:
Company Name (Pay to): Canadian Barcode
Company Code (Code City): Barcode
Province / State: ON
Country: Canada
Account Number: 100 (this number is now for every order)
MTCN: The "Money Transfer Control Number" (MTCN) which the Western Union Agent gives you.
Step 4
Pay the "total amount due" to the Western Union Agent. Canadian Barcode will usually receive your "Payment Verification" in 15 minutes.
Step 5
To avoid possible delays contact us after your payment has been sent to verify your shipping address and give us your MTCN. |
