How to Order by Phone

Ordering by phone is recommended for customers that are not sure of the exact products they are interested in purchasing, have any product questions or simply prefer to talk to a live person. Simply follow these steps:

1. Decide what you want
Have a general idea of what you want and our sales representatives will be able to assist you in choosing the products you need.

2. Decide on a delivery method
Choose a shipping method that you are comfortable with.

3. Give us a call
Call us with your order and / or questions. Our sales representatives will aid you in choosing the products that meet your needs. Be prepared to give details on 1) your product needs 2) your shipping address 3) your desired shipping method and 4) the method you wish us to contact you. You may also include any special requests, if any (although we always do our best, we may not be able to meet these requests). In most case we will give you a price quote immediately which will include the cost of goods, cost of shipping / insurance and applicable taxes.

4. Send us your payment
Follow the instructions provided of your chosen payment method to send us your payment for the total amount due. Once your funds have cleared, we will process and ship your order.
